These middle eastern gangs (nearly all lebanese) have girl friends, friends and people paid off in the rta, and other places to aquire addresses of police officers and other gang members.
They also have their own police insiders.
They're also staging/faking a lot of drive bys to distract and decoy police from the real drive bys.
